✨ Booking Policy ✨ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • $25 deposit for all services • $35 deposit for Starter Locs Deposits must be sent within 24 hours of booking. You may send your deposit via: Zelle: 248-805-4881 If you do not have Zelle, you may send $26 via Apple Pay to 248-805-4881. $25 will be applied toward your service total. After sending your deposit, please text your name and the style you booked to confirm your appointment. ⏰ Appointment Policies • Appointments not confirmed will be canceled by midnight. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. • Same-day or last-minute appointments are subject to a $20 rush fee. 🎉 Holiday Appointments A $30 holiday surcharge applies on: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Halloween, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. 📌 Please Note The time you book may not always be the exact time you are serviced.
